Writers’ Dialogues

Writers’ Dialouges are exchanges between established literary artists/educators and young writers living on the margins. Writers’ Dialouges take place  throughout the year at the Kalam Workshop Studio with the aim to sharpen the creative writing skill of young writers through dialogues, intensive writing workshops, literary ‘addas’ or jam-sessions by established literary artists and educators. The youth who participate in Writer’s Dialouges are former participants of Kalam’s Writing Out workshop series, and are keenly invested in the art of the written word as self expression. Participating Literary Artists and Educators include:
  • Melissa Pritchard

  • Ruth Margraff
    Playwright and Dramatist.
  • Shamik Bandopadhyay

  • Shabari Ghosh
